VERY POOR SERVICE

Very unhappy with their after sale process. I placed my order online and made my payment on the 25th of November and I was expecting to be up and running after 14 days(that's their SLA, mind you you this is just 14 days and not business/working days that they gave). Today I'm still nowhere near getting installed. I was told that a technician will be sent out to have the necessary hardware installed but still nothing. I always have to contact them for an update and mind you that on top of R399 I had to pay, I still have to buy data almost every single day which is costing me even more money. I paid for a service that I am not getting and every time I enquire there is a new story.
