Very poor service at GridHost
Web Africa moved our hosting to Gridhost without our permission. Have been unable to receive emails since 07h00 this morning. Ivo Moodley was contacted. He promised as call back from Graig Wallace. Graig Wallace's contact number cycles to a mailbox that seems to be unanswered. CEO Tim Wyatt is just as unresponsive. Impossible to get to receptionist on ********** . Have been trying four four hours now to get hold of someone. This is completely unacceptable!

Due to the many customers requesting feedback around the rebranding of the hosting side of the business, we were inundated with manager call-back requests.
We have confirmed that you have managed to have a chat with one of our Hosting Managers regarding your concerns around the change.
Mohammad has confirmed that your technical issues, questions around the rebranding, as well as any service issues have all been addressed and that you were happy with the feedback.
