Very Poor Service and Unprofessional
I have been calling you for over a week now and every time I put the phone down coz no one picks up for over 30 minutes. TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUT THERE LOOKING FOR HOSTING OR ANY RELATED SERVICES, STAY AWAY FROM THIS MICKY MOUSE COMPANY. THEIR SERVICE IS **** AND I HAVE TRIED MY BEST TO GET HOLD OF THEM, PHONES ARE NOT BEING ANSWERED, EMAILS ARE NOT BEING RESPONDED TO. NONSENSE
The only the I managed to speak to someone they said my issue would be resolved within a few minutes but here I am, this is a week later and I still haven't gotten a change.
