Very poor service

I have been trying to cancel my service for three days now. I am unhappy with Webafrica at many levels. Just trying to communicate with them on WhatsApp is the most infuriating experience. Their bot system is useless. I’ve been paying R960 for a 50/50 mb line and most days streaming YouTube buffers for ages. So frustrating. Overall very unhappy and won’t use them again.
