Very poor service

Realy disappointed each and every month they disconnect my internet for non payment i have a debit order wich they implemented it goes off on the 1st off every month and each and every month it is the same story my line gets disconected for non payment you cant speak to an agent as they dont respond on their watshap cause its a bot responding i am very disappointed and wil cancel my services with them it takes me a whole day to reach them to reactivate my line and this is unacceptable
