Very poor customer service ever

Horrible service ever and the cancelation process is a nightmare, took a data sim on promotion in October for R499 and in November it went back to normal price of R699 and was not informed about this only a debit with a different amount. On 29th of December 2022 I sent a cancelation email but no response then in January 2023 they debited my account that's when I took it to their whatsapp line but was told I followed the wrong cancelation process but attached an email and told them to cancel and last time used their services was end of December but they are still trying to debit my account even today.... Had enough of these ********
