very poor customer service

I cancelled my internet and paid the cancellation fee on 10-10-2024 I was randomly still billed by Web Africa on 28-11-2024. I logged a request same day and have been chatting live chatting daily with no resolve. Stay away from this company. Live chat is extremely slow in responses.
