Very Poor Customer Service

You want me to keep my feedback honest, helpful and constructive? Okay honestly, I really liked their service, while we still used it, but all of that has gone down the drain now! I have been trying three times to cancel our service, purely because we have emigrated to Ireland and thus can't use the service anymore. You think it's cancelled? Nooooooo. Conveniently, they don't have EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE only Whatsapp and now not able to trace the correspondence on my South African number. And as soon as I vent my frustrations, I get "transferred to another department" followed by *** "I'm sorry its taking longer than usual to connect you to an agent. I'll keep trying..."*** until the live chat closes for the day and I'm stuck again with Willie the bot! 😡
