VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERIVCE, NO BODY CAN ASSIST.

I've moved over from Mweb, its now been 3 days still no internet. When you try to chat with them on the web, it sends an OTP that never gets smsed to you to enter the chat. Since 8am any feedback I get from the whatsapp group is "Let me transfer you" over and over again. Called the sales desk, they cant assist and just hang up on a person.
