Very Irate Refferal agent

I was ****** by the agent my referral sale because I asked her to change the method of payment on my sale however she assisted me with the address which they don't use the normal address that I know, they uses gps adresses. The complaints department contacted me just to tell me that the agent cannot use my link to make changes on my sale, which she didn't explain that to me so that I can be able to decide what to do with my sale. Now they act as if I supposed to know that whereas their agent siezed that information to me. So that means I gave her a sale with a silver plater she didn't consider that I manage to convinced my referral to change from whatever he was using to Vuma now to be ****** my sale is the wager they decided to give me after so much effort. I'm a single parent who is unemployed and their agent is employed by them and I'm sure I'm not the only person she did that to.

I have listened to the call recording and noticed that you had trouble with the address and placing the order of which the consultant assisted you telephonically with the order.

Please note that our consultants can not use clients links to place orders so they may receive commission however in your case there was an issue with the address as i heard over the call recording which the consultant assisted you with. Please note it is due to this that you did not receive a commission for this client as the order was made by us via the telephone.
