Very good
Very good. The connection is great and outages are communicated well. I find great value in the product. The only suggestion I would like to make is please bring back customer support via phone call to work together with the WhatsApp service because, while the WhatsApp is great, I find great value in speaking to an agent verbally to express my issue and have that fixed. I do mind the long wait due to a high volume of customers on the line, as long as I get my chance to explain my issue and have that resolved while on the line. WhatsApp can have a limited options to choose from. That js just my suggestion. I still find great value in the product and have had no unreasonable issues in the past. It’s just that the WhatsApp customer support can be frustrating
