Very frustrated with after sale services - Can never get through!

Whenever I have an issue to sort out, I have to spend at least half a day trying to get through to your offices. I have now been on hold for 17 minutes and also been trying to contact someone in billing via the whatsapp support for an hour and a half. I need a simple thing but I have no hope of getting through! Waste of my time... If you cannot cope with support then hire more staff! There are plenty people looking for jobs!!! It is easier to get through to SARS!
