Very expensive, sneaky providers

Never use them! Absolutely horrible.

This year, in total my increase to use fibre has went up, more than 20%. In that, I also found that they upgraded my contract. Always it was a case of a cancellation fee only if you cancel within the first 12 months. Thereafter, (I moved, but kept paying the same amount at the time) they automatically had a cancellation fee upgrade that it is always a cancellation fee, whenever you cancel. This was not communicated to me in any way. Sneaky.
