The guys came out on the 23rd of December to do the fibre installation but they didn't complete it because the line was blocked outside the house they said someone would come out the next day to fix the issue it's been a almost a week and no one has trund up I called them today and I was told that someone would come before 5mp to fix the issue that was lies because no one came out I really need the issue to be solved by tomorrow because I work from home can someone from management contact me ASAP I'm very disappointed with the service and the empty promises I'm going to lost my job because of you guys my name is Ashay mansraj contact number ***
