Very disappointed WebAfrica

Sad to say no customer follow up. I took out this service a month ago, been batteling for someone to just get my service up and running properly. Opened so many tickets cant count anymore, they keep closing them as done, and no one comes out. At the point of cancelleing due to no service. My back up rain LTE works better than my Webafrica Fibre. What Iam I paying for???????
