very disappointed in WEBAFRICA

I am having the baddest experience ever with webafrica...I paid them but my I internet is offline..they Say their watsapp line is quick to attend to you're queries but I'm telling..when I go on WhatsApp the agents take hours to reply u Nd I'm talking 3 to 4 hours..and when they eventually answer you they cannot solve you're problem..my internet has been of for the past 5 days..I use my internet to work..now im losing money because of them guys webafrica is a huge mistake if you are planning on trying them.. stay away!..also u can call them u will wait for the next available operator for Hours it's not worth it
