Very bad service ,hidden fees , horrible ISP

This ISP is really very bad. I've been with them for over 5 years, giving them another chance over and over. I have wanted to cancel in the fiest year but then they threatened me with a R3700 bill for line activation and and and ,so I stayed with them. Tons of times I've had lots of down times and lots of bad speeds and very instability but they always blame it on something else , I've even spent thousands and thousands on better and better hardware to get it solved but same issue different day. It's been an ongoing issue for very long.

AND a few days ago I got billed R2700 because I cancelled 1 of my 2 lines I had active ,it was cancelled 3 months ago and they never told me they will be billing me for cancellation, I spoke to them about it and they say it's in their policy but it was brought in after I activated that line but they still refused to refund me. And to top it off they billed me R1000 for their horrible router that they did not collect even though I already arranged with them to pick it up 3 months ago and they said someone would phone me when they are ready to collect ,also with no mention there will be a collection fee ,I only found out a few days ago. I am even busy speaking to them now for collection and now they said it's R299 for collection ,very specific, and then they changed it back to R240 now again.

Very very bad and would NEVER recommend them to anyone , it's just a trap.
