VERY BAD SERVICE

After many many months of waiting for my router, still nothing, BUT THEY WERE VERY FAST to TAKE MY MONEY for a delivery fee that is still due back to me. Many emails and no feedback! Pathetic very poor service, they don't even deserve a rating star!!!!! STAY AWAY from this service!
