Very bad service

Hi,I am responding to this outstanding payment of R1049. In order to cancel from Webafrica as a service provider, it is very challenging ~ there is no cancellation department thats easy to access. I had been trying to cancel my service since October 2022. I was told that I had to hand over the contract to the next tenant taking my apartment, which there wasn't one. It took a lot of calls to get my cancellation in place and I am sure that I wasn't in arrears as I moved out a month after the service ended. I am paying the amount in protest just to get Webafrica out of my life. It been a terrible experience.
