Very Bad service.

Have been with them for years. Upgraded to 500mb. I would get 20mb. They assisted to get it back up to 500mb. 2 weeks later back down to 90mb. Reset ONT and went back up. 2 weeks later down to 90mb. Reset and no improvement. I am testing the line. Send screenshots of what they want. No joy. They log a call and then one it. I contact again and they want the same tests again. They say they log a call with openserve and they will respond in 24 to 72 hours well it is 100 hours. Contact them and they closed the call again stating tests not complete. Very cheesed off and in my own expletive wording. Need to change ISP. Got to figure out how ling it takes to move. But very bad service. Stay away. They hide behind whatsapp.
