Very Bad service

Can this People bring my router or else stop deducting my money 😡.I have been told that even if they do the deduction without router the time it's arrived they will refund me.But why are they deducting anyway without any service from them.joh I have never been so disappointed,I don't trust them.The worse part is their method of communicating it's only a WhatsApp you can't speak with them telephonically.
