VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

At first, I was very impressed. The application for wifi with them was quick and painless and the router was delivered within a few days. Unfortunately now, I have been struggling for over a week to find out why Openserve hasn't contacted me for the Fibre Installation inside my house. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get an agent of Web Africa to answer the phone, and yesterday, after holding for longer than an hour, a lady answered, said she will transfer me, and I got cut off. I am without Wifi after moving house and working from home, that is a huge problem. Will appreciate it if Web Africa can contact me URGENTLY to sort out this installation for once and for all. Thank you
