Very bad customer service

How is it possible that this company is not reachable at all except for their watsapp? And on the watsapp the agents never get back to you? I have an issue where my account has been cancelled by them for no reason. No communication was sent regarding the cancellation and then I was cut off and charged R1000 for not returning their router that I was not even aware of that I should do(due to no communication).
