VERY BAD
Lets start of by saying it is not everyone that works there. There was one lady Natalie that really tried to help me, but i understand there is only so much that she could do. But the company service is horrible. I ordered, for them to install a line in the place of my Vodacom fibre that i have canceled. but there is also another openserv that was not a problem for vodacom, either way after web Africa took my money and the told me to just plug it in. i realized that they did not plan to do the installation or phone me so i can explain everything. now after being on the phone with them for a full day almost and they say there is no why that they can help me. I still have to pay registration and cancellation fee. It is not that i don't want the product it is that they can not provide a service as required.
Also you can not call them, this is all over live chat whats app that is supposed to be more efficient. I have been busy with these people since 11h00 this morning, it is currently 16:17 and i am not any closer to either have this resolved or to have this canceled. SHOCKING
This is poor customer service and there are no clear guidelines to how they work.
Since i wrote the review nothing has happened. I am trying to cancel because webafrca can not provide me with the service that i require. nothing has been delivered to my house, so i don't have the WIFI. but they want to charge me cancelation fee and i have to pay for the first month. It is not even installed. I don't have the wifi but they want to charge me.
They also tell me that they can not activate fibre at an address if there is an active line. Well the reason why they want to charge me is because they activated my wifi, which is not installed. but they did it at an address with other active line which they say they can not install 2 lines. So i dont know who is laying. But something is up.
