Very bad

A very disappointing experience from web africa as I app**** for fibre on the 20/12/2022 , web africa has debited my account for the month and as well for the router I did receive my router yesterday 09/01/2023 however I am still not able to connect to the internet as I phoned the consultants a numerous times and still no feedback .
