Very bad

Good day hope all is well I have a major complaint and think this is so unprofessional I am very upset. If the Wifi is not off there is a problem with the payment. the payment will go through no problem for a bout view month and then you will receive a sms or email sorry your wifi will be switch off due to payment not made money is in the account, but Vuma is *********** do do there work. when you go on the website to refresh the payment it is in possible when you need to get ahold of someone that is A GREATER MISSION ON EARTH TO GET AHOLD OF ANYONE . I think this is so unfair to me as a client to struggle like this every time and get no assistance form anyone. I NEED THIS TO BE SORTED OUT AND MY WIFI BACK ON IMMIDIATLY
