Very bad

They are in competent I paid them 30th September for October and called on Sunday asking for payment method to be changed for this month end boom my internet is gutted when I call i get transfered from one puller to post its now two days without internet now I am told I need to get a refund after refund I must they can't do this on their own its they system still on line for their billing department agg sies this company is useless
