Very annoyed with this type of service and that ROBOT.

I Cant believe that I have spent my entire Saturday on some assistance spent 4 hours speaking to a idiot robot that's of no use and when I finally got through to two agents none of them could assist me after I paid my account all they had to do is activate my linternet but NO......I wish thier service would be so quick like they are to suspend your line funny enough quickest department to get through to are sales...very ****ed feel like canceling.
