The response from Webafrica is as follows: "Dear Ryan, Ticket: https://help.webafrica.co.za/helpdesk/tickets/134168 Thank you for your email Ryan Thank you for your feedback - we have reported this to each and every single involved service level manager to investigation and action all contingency plans for spiked call queues We have already worked on a few new processes and systems in acknowledgment of the call queues in aid of overall service improvements We would like to apologies for how things have escalated to this point and appreciate the time taken to report the service received. We are so sorry to see you go - and have ensured the billing managers are informed of your feedback with regards to the notice period - the notice period is not something we can avoid due to compliance processes - we can however always improve and have already taken steps to do just that Kind Regards, The Webafrica Team"

Well, Dear Webafrica

I have just logged another ticket with ID: 138048. This problem persists!

I am going to exercise my consumer rights - I AM NOT GOING TO BE HELD TO RANSOM REGARDING YOUR SO CALLED "COMPLIANCE". YOU ARE DENYING ME MY FREEDOM IN ACCESSING A BETTER SERVICE THROUGH ANOTHER SERVICE PROVIDER! YOU ARE NOT PROVIDING ME WITH A SERVICE FOR WHICH I PAY FOR!

I have the,

The right to equality: The right to privacy The right to choose The right to disclosure of information The right to fair and responsible marketing The right to a fair and honest dealing The right to fair, just and reasonable terms and conditions; and The right to safe and good quality goods
