Utterly useless

Why is WebAfrica so useless? I cancelled all my services online before I moved abroad end of August but I'm still being charged for VOIP. I'm now told the services can only be cancelled in Desember and I should have know that I need to send an email to cancel VOIP!!!!! This is pathetic service and unacceptable!!!!
