Utterly Useless

Extremely bad service. They take hours to answer messages, they never reply on emails, they don't pick up phone calls. Their call center employees are lazy and arrogant. I had a billing issue for over 3 months that they couldn't fix, where they ended up taking THOUSANDS OF RANDS OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT, and after returning my router, COMPLETE WITH ALL THE CABLES, they still took R999 from my back account and accused me of not returning the cables.
