Utterly shocking service

After my last complaint at how long the service was taking, I was asked to reconsider wanting to cancel my order and after pointing out how many other complaints there were on hellopeter, I was told I would not have the same experience again and that things would improve- I was asked to be patient and wait the 5-7 business days for my connection to be installed and that the service would improve. - it has now been 8 business days and when I tried to talk to an agent online the site takes so long or responds with errors that I cannot get an agent after trying for more than 3 hours. I then tried to phone - the agent I first spoke to just disconnected - I then spoke to a second who informed me I was waiting for an installation ( as if I didn’t know) and before I could even complain about the wait put the phone down in my ear. Webafrica is categorically the most useless company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. More than a month with no service and no end in sight of when I will get it. Plus utterly rude agents who refuse to respond to questions about why the service is so poor. DO NOT APPLY FOR FIBRE SERVICE FROM THESE PEOPLE
