Utterly Poor Service

Utterly Poor Service frogfoot installed on Theusday. I have made numerous calls wats apps to Webafrica to get activated for 3 days now. I have not even being activated, and they forwarded me a bill for the full month were as they said you will pay prorata. Called this morning and spoke to Marvin he could not help I asked for management he says he's got no access to put me trough I was still speaking to him and he put the phone down. How can you operate with a company that only communicating per wats app. Have to leave work to take pic's of the router forwarded it at 14h00 yesterday still waiting on a response
