Utterly pathetic *****s

Really pathetic service I ordered and paid for my fibre. Scheduled install date for friday 28 april 2023 and they did not pitch even though we waited an hour after the scheduled time. Again on tuesday 2nd may 2023 i had rescheduled for yesterday Wednesday 3 may 2023 And yet again they pitch but did absolutely nothing. Now i tred to make contact and im being ignored after taking my money under false pretenses
