Utterly dissapointing customer service

4 Months Ago I contacted Webafrica to sign up for the VOIP service, and on my call to the sales rep I asked if I could have multiple CONCURRENT registrations and she confirmed as such. I thus signed up. The following then transpired:

1. The line was setup and working with a single VOIP number. 2. I app**** for my geographical number to be ported. 3. I could not get multiple CONCURRENT registrations to work. 4. The number porting was not done after 21 days. Even after logging three faults thereafter 5. On numerous calls to the call center I finally got hold of a supervisor named Warren and he confirmed that I was incorrectly informed by the sales representative. Furthermore the number porting was not working. He endeavored to have a representative call me back, which happened the following day. 6. The number porting DID NOT work even after troubleshooting with the representative. At this point, I decided to cancel my subscription which happened on the 2nd of August. 7. I called in yesterday complaining about being billed for September and the consultant Heinrich was supposed to get back to me. 8. Because of Webafricas' incompetence I loose my geographical number. 9. I am still paying the Telkom line - which according to Webafricas' documentation if the number is ported would be cancelled.

So, to summarise, I paid for 3 months a subscription of R109 for a service that was falsely sold to me, that did not even offer the service that it actually delivers (the number porting) and it cost me to call Webafrica support from that number (shouldn't Webafrica voip to webafrica support calls be free?!). Now I have been charged for a 4th Month because my cancellation was on the 2nd of August and not on the 31 July. Again for a service that I have not even used properly.

I understand you have your terms and conditions, but I am appalled that you cannot recognize extenuating circumstances.

And to be clear, the concurrent connections can be supported using the SIP Forking feature of the SIP protocol - I use it daily in my business. (Apparently your consultants think they know better)
