Utterly appalling. Never use Webafrica

We have had no internet for 5 days even though we are up to date on payments. There is no chance of speaking to anyone as they have no customer care except via a whatchat bot that takes hours. After 5 days the last in the succession of faceless WhatsApp bots (we’re told they’re people) have blamed the fault on vumatel who have come to check the line and found no issue. This is beyond bad service and in the realm of corporate theft.
