Utterly and completely useless service!!!!

For some reason I have to give 1 star rating although they deserve NONE. Have just spent have a day on their completely useless WhatsApp helpline. Trying to get money *****ulently taken from my debit order reversed. Don't go close to them unless you have a carton full of Prozacs and want your mental health damaged irreparably. The have the most useless, cumbersome and totally irritating "support" service I have ever encountered.
