A ******* of note! I have repeatedly stated to them that I would like to cancel their services and they've still billed me for a full month in which I used 0 on.

Instead of getting assistance after numerous communications with them. I am now being issued with a letter of demand. The most amazing thing is that when I cancelled I was not informed to any any outstanding amount suddenly, I still owe them R500???
