Utter Garbage service from Webafrica!

The Lte experience provided from this service provider is atrocious, I acquired webafrica's uncapped Lte wifi in February of 2025 and up till now the quality of service has been poor, connectivity drops every 10 minutes and when you get in touch with them their responses are basic troubleshooting for example "have you tried hard rebooting your router", "try setting up the router new to a window" and I am honestly fed up with this as I cannot even enjoy streaming a movie or online gaming all I can do is connect 2 smart phones to my router and that's the freaking minimum.

However this will be it I will definitely be canceling my subscription with webafrica and yes I purposely put there name in lowercase they don't deserve uppercase lettering that type of Grammer is reserved for a proper service provider.
