Usual bad service or just showing off this week?

Hi All,

Waiting time on your call lines are well over 15min - Super Fast Whatsapp chat is terribly slow. Line was cancelled 01/07/2020 and until now Webafrica has still not released the line with VUMATEL. My ISP cannot activate services on my line because of this. The customer "service" agents just escalate everything into oblivion and nothing is being resolved at all. We are moving into the new house this weekend and at this rate I will not have internet available to be able to work from home. Not that this is of any concern to Webafrica and their agents.

STAY AWAY from Webafrica and rather look at Home-Connect - Service is much better and at better prices
