Username needs update

This is absolutely disgusting to pay for a service that you can't even use you guys changed my username after months yall changed the router yet after 3months you didn't update the Serial number.Still unable to locate new username VR-1*** on my wifi list still showing the old username VC-1*** and this has been escalated to my ISP still no update yet the month will end and you will want me to pay which is messed and the worse part your live chats keeps says pending callback but yall never call do you even know how to pick up the phone and call your customers..give me my old username or update it to the new one or GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ASSHOLES I have been way to nice and understanding with you guys. *** call me idiots..
