As a fairly new client who’s debit orders go off on the first of every month, you have decided to terminate my line and still have the audacity to debit my account.

Your what’s app line is absolutely useless, you get passed from pillar to post no one knows what they doing or how to assist.

You have no way to reach a real person to discuss issues telephonically.

You and your staff are absolutely useless.

Time to loose a client but I’m sure that won’t make you loose sleep or hurt the bank balance at the end of the day.
