Useless Whatsapp agents Webafrica

Extremely frustrated with Webafrica since yesterday . My internet connection is not working. I cant get hold of any support person who can assist with the troubleshooting or escalate it to Vumatel. The Whatsapp agents are just useless and no one is available to support the connection problems. Dont know if the guys are even working. Learn to give Clients top priority. This is extremely unprofessional and annoying. There isn't a phone number to talk to a real person.
