Useless websfrica online service

Webafrica online service is extremely useless. I have put an order for replacement router cause I couldn’t find the one they have delivered. I have been contacting them online for more than seven days and every time I go on line for help they transfer me from one agent to another without any help and they ask the same thing all the time but never got help. As I speak no I did not get any help. I tried calling and I was told I can’t get help through calling. I’m so frustrated that I’m thinking of cancelling. The line is active but I can’t use it cause I don’t the router and month end I must pay.
