Useless Webafrica

Useless. They cant tell me why my internet is so slow and said if i want to upgrade, I have to pay a cancellation fee. Yes, I would be paying them more every month but they want to charge a cancellation. I cant believe it and am changing providers ASAP. Im sure their revenue will soon reflect their terrible service
