Useless Webafrica

What a useless company. Super fast whatsapp chat my ... after months of waiting for webafrica to get my fiber installed they wanted to charge me for a router that i returned as per the policy. The router was sitting at the resepcion desk at the Santon office. After several calls and chats a day before my account would have been debited the charge was removed. Now fiber is up and running with in a month the service is down and no responce for over 3 hours on the super fast whatsapp chat. And calling them directly even more of a waist of time. I depend on the internet ro do my work. I am on call 24/7 i can afford not to be connected and that i mean litterly as i get paid by the hour. When someone does get in touch its the new go to apology Covid. I have done a review before on webafrica they are so useless or just do not care that as a company they did not even respond on the review to tell there side of the story or keep up public opinion of the company
