Useless Webafrica

Our link was terrible up, down all the time. We logged a call with Webafrica (after many frustrating hours) just to be in the same position as before 100Mb link and you cant even make a teams call. So we thought lets upgrade the link to 500Mb up 250Mb down so if there is a problem surely they would sort this out. Upgrade done but still 100Mb and still we cant use the link properly. Logged another call which has now been escalated to EXCO (whatever that means) and still not one person has contacted us regarding the link. I must say we deal with many ISP's and Webafrica is by far the worst to deal with. Their chat bot is useless because you wait 45min for a reply, the Whatapp is even worse.
