Useless Webafrica

It has taken 2 weeks for installation, you can hardly ever get through to anyone on your lines. whatsapp is even worse (2 to 4 hours sometimes). The activation has not happened within 48 hours, now i am told to give it another 24 hours and if it is not done, i will have to wait probably ANOTHER 24 and another and another.... how do you expect to function as a company?!?!?!?!?!
