Useless WebAfrica agents

Stay away from WebAfrica . After they take your money you will get the worst customer service in the whole ****** world. 🤦Especially someone with the name "Caryn C". Absolutely useless.She told me after I made payment that my area has been suspended so I requested a refund. 5 minutes later she says she made a mistake than told me that my order is ready for activation it will take 48 hours. 2 days later another agents tells me my area doesn't get serviced by Vuma I will get a refund. 3 weeks later the same lady "Caryn" tells me they never processed my refund and I will wait 72 hours for feedback from Vuma and another 15 days to get the refund and there's nothing she can do to escalate the situation. She can't even put me in contact with a manager I must wait. But she's the reason all of this happened in the first place.
