USELESS WEBAFRICA

Unfortunately, the stars on this does not go below 1. The need to make an exception for Webafrica and make a -1. Firstly, My internet has been off since Saturday. during the course of the weekend I attemted to contact them, but due to the fact that they have discontinued their phone lines you need to make use of their useless whatsapp service. I was holding on for 25 hours for a response. Come Monday morning, I phoned them, after a mere 4 hour wait a useless idiot answered the phone and told me that my account has neem suspended because their useless system cannot pick up that the debit order has gone off and they have been paid. I indicated that they will phone me back before 12h00. it is now 13h30 and no call back has been effected. if you request them to cancel your service and port the line, this cannot be done becuase there is not a soul in webafrica who is authorised to do this and the person whom is authorised to to this need to phone you back. their website does no longer allows for this service and a cancellation cannot be requested thorugh their website. IF YOU ARE DUMB ENOUGH TO USE THEIR SERVICE know it is for life, becuase they will take your money, refuse to give you internet and you cannot cancel their service.

They are a bunch of ******* and *****sters. On a previous occassion, even though it was not a lot of money and that is why I left it there, the billed me for a 100mb line and only gave me a 50mb line. this is 2 years back and even though I have an e-mail confimring their mistake, which has been forwarded to them, they refuse to refund you for the money they have ******.

DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA, EVEN IF THEY GIVE OT TO YOU FOR FREE. YOU WILL BE FRUSTRATED.
